Richard Dolman - 1895-1978, British actor; on the West End stage he appeared in plays, musical comedy and revue, famously starring alongside Jessie Matthews in the 1927 revue One Dam Thing After Another and appearing in Hammerstein's 1934 musical Three Sisters. He frequently played romantic leads in films including Looking on the Bright Side, Lucky Loser, The Man Who Changed His Name and The Green Hell - 4.5 x 6 inches (11 x 15.5 cm) autographed photo, signed in black ink. Troy Donahue - 1936-2001, American actor; his career breakthough came when he was cast opposite Sandra Dee in A Summer Place, going on to star in other movies including Parrish, Rome Adventure, Susan Slade, Palm Springs Weekend and A distant Trumpet. His move to more complex roles led to him to play a murderer in My Blood Runs Cold, and his popularity as a romantic star began to wane; however he continued to play character roles in films until his death. On TV he played roles as cowboys and detectives in shows such as Rawhide, Maverick, Colt 45, Lawman, The Virginian and Ellery Queen - 7.25 x 9.5 inches (18.5 x 24 cm) large Warner Brother publicity autographed photo, dated 1962 on reverse, showing him with Suzanne Pleshette in Lovers Must Learn.
